They sold out very quickly. Thank you very much for the recipe.
ValAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2345846016087237642.post-2555563561044527902008-10-21T17:57:00.000+01:002008-10-21T17:57:00.000+01:00Hello BoudicaIn your earlier post you ask for a re...Hello Boudica

In your earlier post you ask for a recipe for using Chard. Please see below:

5 or 6 sticks of chard + 1 large Onion serves 2. Peel and slice the onion quite thinly. Slice the stalks of the chard to similar thickness. Fold the leaves in half lengthways and remove the stalkie bit, then slice just 3 or 4 of them to a similar thickness as the onions and the stalks. Fry the onions and stalks in some butter and when soft add the sliced leaves. These just need a few minutes to soften, then serve.

If you like this, then I have a recipe for a flan/pie. Let me know if you are interested.

EnjoyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2345846016087237642.post-62665777230461475832008-10-15T15:58:00.000+01:002008-10-15T15:58:00.000+01:00Do you think you could make it without the pastry ...Do you think you could make it without the pastry e.g. just put the potato mix in the flan tin and bake?
